About this agreement

These terms govern your use of Firefighter Tests (firefightertest.co.uk), an independent practice platform for UK firefighter applicants. By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

The service

Firefighter Tests provides interactive practice simulations of National Firefighter Ability (NFA) practice tests used in UK fire and rescue service recruitment. The tests are practice tools only and are not affiliated with any fire and rescue service, the National Fire Chiefs Council (NFCC), or any other official body. See our Disclaimer for full details.

Account

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please contact us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Payment and access

Access to the full test suite requires a one-time payment of £14.99 (or the price displayed at checkout). There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. Once payment is confirmed your access is activated immediately and does not expire. Prices are inclusive of any applicable VAT. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

7-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 7 days of payment and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. To request a refund, please use our contact page. Refund requests received after 7 days from the date of purchase cannot be guaranteed but will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• ▸Share, sell, or transfer your account login or access to any other person.
• ▸Use the service for commercial purposes, including reselling practice materials or running paid coaching services based on our content.
• ▸Attempt to copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or reproduce any part of the tests or platform.
• ▸Use the platform in any way that could harm, disrupt, or overload our systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this platform — including test designs, questions, scoring logic, copy, and images — is the intellectual property of Firefighter Tests unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of it without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Firefighter Tests is provided "as is". We make no guarantee that using our platform will improve your performance in any official assessment. We are not liable for any employment decisions, lost opportunities, or other losses arising from your use of — or inability to use — this service. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes to the service

We may update, add to, or remove features of the platform at any time. We will always endeavour to notify registered users of significant changes by email. If we discontinue the service entirely we will provide reasonable notice and offer a pro-rata refund where applicable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
