This free demo has 8 questions and no time limit. In the full test:
This test contains 25 questions. You have 35 minutes. Read each passage carefully, then answer whether each statement is True, False, or Cannot Say — based only on the information in the passage. Do not use outside knowledge. (The original NFA test used four-option multiple choice; this practice version uses True / False / Cannot Say.)
About this format: the original NFA Understanding Information test used four-option multiple-choice questions (for example, “Which one of the following statements is true?”), and the official booklet gives 30 minutes. Our version uses True / False / Cannot Say statements, the style of the verbal reasoning tests many services use now, so it builds the same careful-reading skill in a different format.
Independent practice with original questions. Not affiliated with any fire and rescue service, the NFCC or any test publisher.
Free official practice: the official NFA practice booklet, which North Wales Fire and Rescue Service links for its Working with Information tests.
