8 questions · untimed
This free demo has 8 questions and no time limit. In the full test:
This test contains 30 questions. You have 35 minutes. For each scenario, select the most appropriate response. Consider fire service values — safety, teamwork, integrity, and effective communication — when choosing your answer.
For each scenario, select both the most appropriate and the least appropriate response.
About this format: in the original NFA Situational Awareness test you chose the single option out of four that best described what you would do. Choosing both the most and the least appropriate response is our own variant, which also prepares you for modern situational judgement tests.
Independent practice with original questions. Not affiliated with any fire and rescue service, the NFCC or any test publisher.
Free official practice: the official NFA practice booklet, which North Wales Fire and Rescue Service links for its Working with Information tests.
